Welcome to Melanin Spirit, a Brooklyn based family owned small business. We provide hand crafted and hand poured 100% soy scented candles. Our first collection is named the Heritage Collection-a set of candles to pay homage to Historical Black Figures. Each candle is customized with distinct scents inspired by the accomplishments and lives of these black Figures.

The "Rosa" candle is inspired by the mother of the freedom movement, Rosa Parks. This candle was created to inspire new hopes and new beginning. It holds notes of fresh cut roses, warm essence of cocoa butter and a touch of peony. This scent is a trio of scents blended perfectly for a soft yet engaging aroma. Lastly, sprinkle of dried red rose petals are infused.
